To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall ClinicCube, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:

• Damages resulting from any medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment obtained through the Service
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• Damages resulting from any interruption or cessation of the Service

8. Clinic Websites and Subdomains

ClinicCube provides healthcare providers with the ability to create clinic websites on subdomains of our platform. The content published on these clinic websites is created and managed entirely by the respective healthcare providers. ClinicCube:

• Does not author, edit, or endorse any content published on clinic websites
• Is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of clinic website content
• Does not guarantee the availability or uptime of individual clinic websites
• Reserves the right to remove or disable clinic websites that violate our Acceptable Use Policy

9. Telecommunications and Video Consultations

Video consultations and chat features provided through the Service are facilitated using third-party telecommunications technology. We do not guarantee the quality, reliability, or security of video or audio transmissions beyond our platform’s encryption and security measures as described in our Privacy Policy.

Video consultations are not a substitute for in-person medical examinations when clinically indicated. Healthcare providers are responsible for determining whether a video consultation is appropriate for any given clinical scenario.
