3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.2 Account Types

Provider Accounts: For licensed healthcare professionals offering services through our platform. Providers must verify their credentials and maintain valid licenses.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion.

4. Use of Service

5. Appointments and Cancellations

5.1 Booking Appointments

When you book an appointment through ClinicCube, you enter into a direct agreement with the healthcare provider. ClinicCube facilitates this connection but is not a party to the healthcare provider-patient relationship.

5.2 Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies are set by individual healthcare providers. Generally:

• Cancellations made 24+ hours before the appointment: Full refund
• Cancellations within 24 hours: Subject to provider's policy
• No-shows: May be charged full consultation fee

Review the specific provider's cancellation policy before booking.

6. Payments

6.1 Fees and Payment

Consultation fees are set by healthcare providers. ClinicCube facilitates payment processing through secure third-party payment processors. By making a payment, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

6.2 Platform Fees

For healthcare providers, ClinicCube charges a platform fee as outlined in your subscription agreement. These fees are deducted from payments before disbursement.

6.3 Refunds

Refunds are processed according to the cancellation policy. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear in your account.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ClinicCube and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClinicCube and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Any conduct or content of third parties on the Service
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any healthcare services provided by providers on the platform

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ClinicCube and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.
